**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Expert to join our team at Morepeople in Cumbria. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.

With your expertise, you will drive the health and safety culture on site, pushing for continuous improvement to ensure operations meet high standards. You will manage and enhance our health and safety management system, keeping up to date with the latest legislations and industry practices.

The role involves providing training to promote safe behaviours and working practices. A strong understanding of NEBOSH and relevant certifications is essential for this position.

**Key Requirements**

  • A NEBOSH Certificate (NVQ Level 3 equivalent)
  • Membership in IOSH, IEMA, and/or IES
  • Strong project management and communication skills

Salary: £37,500 - £42,500 per annum.
