Hamilton Woods is seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Expert to join their team on an interim basis. The organisation currently has 350 FRAs to manage and deliver.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of fire safety regulations and be able to provide effective guidance to the team.

This role requires site working 3-4 days a week, with 1-2 days from home.

Salary: £ Competitive Day Rate (Estimated £40,000 - £60,000 per annum)

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the strategic lead for fire safety management
  • Providing guidance on fire risk assessments and developing action plans to mitigate risks
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any incidents or near misses

About the Role:

  • This is a fixed-term contract lasting approximately 3-6 months+
  • You will work closely with the team to develop and implement fire safety strategies
  • Frequent travel to different sites may be required
