We are seeking experienced individuals to join an elite team of Firefighters who safeguard lives and protect communities. As a key member of our Fire and Rescue Service, you will be responsible for attending 14 weeks of intensive training at the Fire Service College, where you will receive comprehensive instruction and hands-on experience in fire safety, emergency response, and prevention.

During your training, you can expect to learn about various aspects of firefighting, including ladder operations, confined space rescue, and fire suppression techniques. Our expert instructors will guide you through theoretical and practical exercises designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform your duties safely and effectively.

We welcome applications from candidates who share our commitment to diversity and inclusion, particularly those from underrepresented groups, including women and ethnic minority backgrounds. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting fire safety campaigns, participating in drills and exercises, and contributing to the development of innovative training technologies.
