We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Engineering Manager to join our team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Estates department, you will play a crucial role in leading our engineering team and ensuring that all building services and equipment are compliant with statutory legislation and guidance.

Key Responsibilities- To lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their goals and objectives.
- To oversee maintenance operations, including planning, coordination, and implementation of maintenance schedules and projects.
- To develop and implement best practices to improve service delivery, efficiency, and quality.
- To work collaboratively with other departments and teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- To contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to engineering services.

What We Offer- A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
