We are looking for a skilled Sister/Charge Nurse to join our team at Fulwood Hall Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited.

As a key member of the ward team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with colleagues and directly reporting to the Ward Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care to surgical patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid registration with the NMC
  • Excellent clinical competence, with a strong understanding of perioperative care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and patients
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
