Operations Team Lead

We are recruiting a dedicated Operations Team Lead to ensure the smooth running of our operations in Eurest on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities may include:

  • Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
  • Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where team members feel welcomed and supported
  • Being a responsible key holder
  • Assisting with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties
  • Producing weekly rotas following manager's guidelines
  • Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels
  • Delegating tasks where necessary and ensuring team members are proactive at all times
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
  • Have good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
  • Be a team player with a can-do attitude
  • Be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. This is a competitive salary based on industry standards and location.
