About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 DOE for our Strategic Communications Manager role at The Talent Crowd. Based in Preston or Liverpool, this opportunity offers the chance to work on exciting projects with a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, with a minimum of five years' experience in defining key brand messages and delivering campaigns across various channels. They will also have a proven track record of success in project managing campaigns on time and to budget.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing communications strategies, identifying target audiences, and creating an Employee Value Proposition to support talent acquisition. You will also be required to measure campaign effectiveness using a data-led approach.
