Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Relationship Director. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with external clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective relationship-building strategies to foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, community groups, and arts organizations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on funding opportunities, grant applications, and project development, ensuring that our partners have access to the resources they need to succeed.
  • Work closely with our regional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our expertise and networks to drive growth and impact.
  • Collaborate with our communications team to develop and implement effective marketing and outreach strategies, showcasing our work and achievements to a wider audience.
  • Contribute to the development of our organizational strategy, providing insights and recommendations on how to enhance our relationships and partnerships.
