Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our Utilities Sector team in delivering a change programme within a Utility provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the water network in the South East region, working closely with our consultancy team to ensure the successful delivery of the programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Programme team in delivering the change programme, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Work closely with the Utility provider to understand their business needs and develop solutions to improve the water network.
- Manage and coordinate the work of the Programme team, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Utility provider, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the programme.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading large-scale change programmes in the Utilities sector.
- Strong understanding of the Utilities industry and the challenges faced by Utility providers.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
