Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming calls from clients across the UK, providing empathetic and professional support in emergency situations.
- Log each call into our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely recording of information.
- Liaise with Lodge Managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Remain alert and available to respond to client needs, providing a flexible and responsive approach.
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience in telephone-based roles, such as emergency control rooms, contact centers, or hospitality.
- Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm in crisis situations.
- Flexibility to work on a roster basis, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Good standard of written and spoken English, with proficiency in IT skills.
