About the Role

As a Senior Night Careline Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of dedicated professionals who provide essential telephone-based assistance to retired homeowners across the UK. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, ensuring the smooth operation and high quality of our service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide live call monitoring and auditing to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Contribute to the training and induction of new team members, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Assist in rostering and scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Handle administrative duties related to call center operations.
  • Collaborate with the management team on 'on-call' duties and flexible shift coverage as needed.

Operational Duties

You will be responsible for providing telephone support to our retired homeowners, responding to a variety of situations including:

  • Medical emergencies requiring immediate attention.
  • Fire panel alarms and security entry calls.
  • General inquiries and requests from homeowners seeking friendly conversation and assistance.
