{"About the Role": "At Careline Support Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Careline Operator. As a Careline Operator, you will be responsible for providing emergency assistance and reassurance to thousands of retired Homeowners living in independently owned retirement apartments across the UK.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Taking incoming calls and responding to a variety of situations, including medical emergencies, fire panel alarms, and security entry calls
* Logging each call in our CRM system to ensure accurate information is recorded
* Providing a friendly, responsive, and attentive approach on every call

We are looking for a candidate who can display a warm and friendly telephone manner, be calm in a crisis situation, and work well under pressure.

If you have a degree of experience in telephone-based or fast-paced customer service environments, we would love to hear from you. Opportunities for Senior Operators with call centre experience are also available.
