About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our call handling team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to a variety of situations, including emergencies and non-emergency calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls from clients, providing a friendly and empathetic service
  • Log each call into our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely recording of information
  • Liaise with Lodge Managers, based within our retirement developments, to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Remain alert and available for the next customer, providing a flexible and responsive approach
  • No sales, just great customer service

About You

We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills, particularly those with telephone-based experience, such as emergency control room, contact/call centres, telephone marketing, hospitality, or similar.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Motivated, reliable, resilient, empathetic, and calm in a crisis
  • Flexible to work on a roster basis, including some weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Good standard of written and spoken English and IT skills
