Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Customer Service Representative to support our front of house reception at Churchill Living Ltd.

About the Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Manage office supplies and stationery
  • Handle incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process post and deliveries
  • Update contact lists and intranet
  • Monitor health and safety matters
  • Process purchase orders and coordinate contractors
  • Support the Facilities Manager

Work Arrangements

Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:30pm and Fridays 9am to 5pm.

About You

Previous customer service or administrative experience required, with excellent communication skills and Microsoft 365 knowledge.

Self-motivated, well-organized, with attention to detail and a can-do attitude

Smart, presentable, engaging, and able to remain calm under pressure.
