About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to respond to incoming calls, providing a friendly, responsive, and attentive approach to every interaction. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, addressing a variety of situations, including medical emergencies, security entry calls, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls, providing a warm and friendly telephone manner
  • Log each call in our CRM system, ensuring accurate information is recorded
  • Provide a high level of customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
About You

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual who is able to work well under pressure. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Displaying a high level of written and spoken English
