About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Night Call Centre Advisor to join our team at Careline Support Ltd. As a Senior Night Call Centre Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the Monitoring Services Management team in coaching and performance-related activities for the Careline Support service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Live call monitoring and call auditing to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Reporting and rostering to optimize team performance
  • Administration duties, including logging calls in our CRM system
  • Supporting the training and induction of new team members
  • Providing telephone-based customer support to our retired homeowners across the UK

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a telephone-based or fast-paced customer service environment
  • Ability to support and supervise a small team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and crisis management
  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
