About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at Careline Support Ltd. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to a variety of situations, and supporting the Monitoring Services Management team in training and inducting new team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to a variety of situations, including emergencies, fire panel alarms, and security entry calls.
  • Log each call in our CRM system to ensure accurate and detailed information.
  • Remain alert and available for the next customer, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Support the Monitoring Services Management team in training and inducting new team members, serving as an exemplary role-model for the team.
Requirements
  • Background in customer service, ideally in a senior capacity within a similar environment.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm in crisis situations.
  • Motivated, reliable, resilient, empathetic, flexible, and with good common sense.
  • Good standard of English and IT skills.
