A global FinTech company with UK headquarters is now looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead their client relationships and drive growth.
About the Role

  • This 8-month contract offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to derive maximum value from our CRM software and related products.
  • You will work closely with different teams, including onboarding, product, and contract management, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing/account management role.
  • Knowledge of CRM/Email Marketing or the aptitude to learn it quickly.
  • Strong negotiation skills, comfortable navigating financial conversations, and dealing with cancellations.
  • Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills.
