Customer Success Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Consultant to join our team at Attio Limited. This role is responsible for ensuring the success of our customers with our CRM product. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with customers via video call, email, and live chat.
The successful candidate will also have the ability to become an expert in the Attio product and the general sales-tech ecosystem. They will design and develop programs to support customer onboarding at scale, identify accounts where there is opportunity to expand our impact and footprint, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to nurture that growth.

They will have the ability to quickly become an expert in the product, contribute to internal knowledge sharing systems, develop customer-facing programs and content to support customers at scale, and support a wide variety of customers and needs with a commercial mindset.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £62,500 - £72,500 per year, equity in an early-stage tech company, remote working and flexibility, Apple hardware and a budget for desk amenities, regular team events in London, and team off-site in fun places.
