Role Overview
Mirakl, the global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to join its B2C team in London. This strategic role will be responsible for ensuring the successful launch and growth of Mirakl's marketplace solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce and digital transformation, with experience in consulting or a related field. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional European languages would be an asset for international expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage Mirakl's proven project methodology to grasp client vision and main challenges.
  • Help clients understand the marketplace model and key success factors.
  • Conduct tailored workshops for clients' key business owners to prepare for successful marketplace launch.
  • Build customer-centric action plans and follow up on post-implementation.

Requirements:
  • Ideal candidates should hold a Master's and/or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Finance.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Fluency in English and additional European languages would be valuable.
  • Based in London, adhering to hybrid work policy.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
