Technical Customer Success Consultant

Main Responsibilities:

  • Technical Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding process, helping them to integrate our advanced timing solutions with ease.
  • Documentation Creation: Develop clear, concise community and support materials to empower users, from FAQs to in-depth technical guides.
  • Customer Account Management & Upselling: Nurture relationships with current clients to identify opportunities for expanding their use of Timebeat's features or scaling up deployments.
  • Feature Requests & Prioritization: Act as a bridge between customers and our product team, gathering feedback and helping to shape the future of our product.
  • Lab & Test Creation: Build in-house testing environments to troubleshoot and solve customer queries more efficiently.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Technical Expertise: Solid experience in system administration (Linux-focused, with some Windows exposure).
  • People Skills: You enjoy interacting with clients, listening to their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strong Communication: The ability to explain complex technical concepts in a way that non-experts can understand.
  • Organisational Skills: A knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth processes.
