Job Description:
Redimeer is a Series A start-up seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to be a founding member of the Customer Success team. This role combines technical expertise with strategic relationship management and commercial awareness.

This is an excellent opportunity to shape the Customer Success function and drive business growth. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with senior customer stakeholders to drive technical adoption, deliver strategic insights, and advocate for product enhancements based on client needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment, with full ownership of renewals. Experience working with senior leaders in Product, Engineering, and Legal to achieve organisational goals is essential.

This role can be based anywhere in the UK, with occasional travel to London expected to join the commercial team. The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
