We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our Partnerships team as a Partnerships Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new partnerships with universities and other educational institutions to deliver high-quality online courses and degrees.

The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in building strong partnerships, preferably with universities or equivalent organisations. They will have a passion for education and online learning, as well as excellent sales and negotiation skills. A strong understanding of the higher education sector and digital trends is essential.

As a Partnerships Growth Manager, you will work closely with internal teams to facilitate the delivery of a full suite of products and services to partners. You will also provide support to the wider activities of the Partnerships team and may take on responsibility for growing pathways across one of our core areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IDentify and recruit new partnerships with universities and other educational institutions
  • Develop business plans targeting specific high-value partners
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Understand target audiences and develop strategies to recruit partners against various tiers and fee structures
  • Work efficiently across multiple departments to ensure proper sales management and success

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
