Strategic Partnership Growth Manager

As a key member of the Beam London team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of successful partnerships with our expanding network of local government partners. Your primary objective will be to lead the development and management of strategic partnerships, identifying and securing expansion opportunities through customer discovery and an understanding of government funding options.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow strategic partnerships with local government partners, persuading new partners to join Beam and driving revenue growth opportunities throughout all partnerships.
- Secure growth opportunities by identifying and developing proposals, leading contract negotiations, and analyzing partnership data to provide actionable insights.
- Engage Beam's referrer network by working closely with all accounts to create cross-customer opportunities and develop new partnerships through referrals from current partners.
- Achieve ambitious KPIs by constantly improving how Beam brings its services to more people, contributing to key performance metrics and expanding its share of local government budgets.
- Demonstrable experience selling to new partners and/or driving growth through partnership or account management.
- Strong strategic thinking and experience leading contract negotiations.
- Experience in managing large accounts and building complex customer partnerships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly competitive salary of £30,000 - £60,000 (on target bonus of 10-15% of your salary dependent on performance)
