The Strategic Partnership Growth Manager will play a critical role in the growth and success of Succeed. This dual-purpose position involves driving new sales to schools, ensuring ongoing success, and high adoption of our platform within those institutions.

Key Responsibilities: Partnership Development
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new partner schools across the world
  • Develop tailored presentations, proposals, and strategies to showcase the value of Succeed to prospective schools.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Represent Succeed at industry events, conferences, and webinars to generate leads and build a network of school partnerships.
School Success Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partnered schools, ensuring they achieve success using the Succeed platform.
  • Drive engagement and adoption by helping schools effectively integrate the platform with their students
  • Provide ongoing support, including training sessions, webinars, and consultation, to maximize the platform's impact on student outcomes.
  • Gather feedback from schools and collaborate with internal teams to improve the platform and address any challenges.
  • Develop case studies and success stories to highlight the value delivered to partner schools.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, ideally within the education, EdTech, or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges faced by schools, educators, and students.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • A consultative approach to sales and relationship management, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
  • Experience with customer success or account management, ensuring the ongoing success and satisfaction of clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet ambitious growth targets.
