We achieve this through our marketplace app, which connects businesses with unsold, surplus food to consumers who can purchase and enjoy it at a significantly reduced price. As a certified B Corporation, we not only empower everyone to take action against food waste but also create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

As an Ambitious Business Growth Manager, you will play a vital role in building connections and growing our community by signing up restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, bakeries, takeaways, and other independent food retailers. You will be the primary point of contact for these stores, engaging in cold acquisition primarily through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits. Your goal is to introduce potential partners to the world of Too Good To Go, train them on using our app, and provide guidance on finding the best solution for food waste.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent relationship-building skills, allowing you to quickly connect and empathize with potential partners. You should be confident in your ability to make high volumes of cold calls over the phone. Proactive business development, calling, and visiting new prospects require tenacity and perseverance.

You will work as part of a team, embracing our company's purpose and embodying our values: being passionate, growth-minded, resourceful, and creative. Consistent performance that meets individual and company targets is essential. Additionally, you may need to travel to expand our presence across the region.

We seek individuals who are eager to build a career in sales within a supportive and fast-growing social impact business. This could be your first sales role or a continuation of previous experience in sales or business development. Experience in pitching and closing opportunities over the phone and/or in person, especially through cold-calling, is beneficial.

The ideal candidate should have high energy and self-motivation, strong organizational and time management skills, and a drive to achieve strong individual results while supporting their team. Working alongside an international community of users, partners, and colleagues from 17 countries on the same important mission will provide opportunities for personal and professional growth.
