About the RoleThe main purpose of this role is to provide tailored support to high-growth innovative businesses in London, helping them to enhance their innovation management capacity and increase business resilience.
You will need to have wide-ranging experience in commercialising innovation, with expertise in areas such as business growth, investment readiness, finance, investment, internationalisation, net zero, and supply readiness. A strong background in advising/coaching SMEs and the ability to demonstrate empathy for entrepreneurial culture are crucial.
You will be responsible for identifying innovative businesses with high growth potential, using holistic analysis tools to diagnose and assess client needs, and providing tailored support to address these needs. You will also act as a strategic coach and mentor to clients, assisting them to develop their own long-term innovation strategy.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires adaptability, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. If you are passionate about supporting businesses to grow and thrive, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Identify innovative businesses with high growth potential and provide tailored support to help them commercialise their ideas

- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme and professional development opportunities.
