Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Revenue Growth Catalyst to join our Emarsys team. As a key member of our Revenue Enablement function, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective training programs and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with sales leaders, marketing, and product teams to ensure training aligns with business goals and industry trends.
  • Design and Deliver Training: Develop and deliver training programs that address the needs of our Revenue Teams, focusing on sales skills, methodologies, and tools.
  • Pilot New Strategies: Test and validate new sales strategies, tools, and systems to ensure they meet business objectives.
  • Coach and Mentor: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to help sales teams improve their performance and adopt best practices.
  • Measure Impact: Analyze sales data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
