About the Role
  1. Lead a team of 10+ sales professionals comprising area sales managers, specification sales, and internal sales, fostering a culture of excellence and driving results-oriented performance.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, aligning with the company's ambitious growth objectives.
  3. Maintain oversight of sales performance metrics, providing regular reporting to senior management to inform data-driven decision-making.
Key Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a sales leader, delivering tangible results and driving business growth.
  2. Strong analytical and data-driven approach, coupled with proficiency in sales technology and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) to streamline processes and drive informed decision-making.
  3. Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, focusing on talent development and coaching to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Compensation Package

Competitive salary range: £85,000 - £100,000 per annum, based on experience.

Benefits include a car allowance or executive-level vehicle and an uncapped bonus scheme with monthly and annual incentives.
