Agriculture Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our EMEA sales team and drive revenue growth from new and existing clients in the financial services sector.
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a small team of experienced sales professionals across the EMEA region. Your primary focus will be on executing the end-to-end sales cycle, building pipeline, and closing deals with key banking clients.
With a strong track record in sales leadership within the financial services sector, you will work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to build and manage the sales pipeline. You will also engage directly with customers, particularly in high-value or strategic situations, and collaborate with the CEO and other leaders to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team of experienced sales professionals across the EMEA region.
- Execute the end-to-end sales cycle, building pipeline, and closing deals with key banking clients.
- Drive revenue growth from new and existing clients (banks) with a target of c$25mn.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to build and manage the sales pipeline.
- Engage directly with customers, particularly in high-value or strategic situations.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other leaders to achieve company objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record in sales leadership within the financial services sector.
- Leader of high-performing teams with an international outlook.
- Must have compliance and/or payments experience.
- Must have a track record of building pipeline and closing.
Salary Estimate: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
