Sales Director

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director in the South UK. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the water/wastewater, agriculture, or applied markets. You will have a proven track record of success in selling technical products and providing solutions that deliver results.
As a Sales Director, you will be required to travel across the South UK, meeting clients face-to-face and closing deals that boost your earnings. You will also be responsible for planning your week, targeting the hottest leads, and driving new business in growing markets.
The role offers a competitive base salary of £80,000, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional 30% in commission. You will also receive a car allowance and healthcare benefits.
