Software Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Support Specialist to join our team at Agency Software Worldwide Ltd. As a Software Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of £23,400 - £23,803.85. You will be required to attend the Hadlow office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option to work from home on the remaining two days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist clients with software issues and provide solutions
  • Work closely with the development team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest software technologies
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
