We are seeking a skilled Software Support Specialist to join our team at Agency Software Worldwide Ltd. As a Software Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Our bespoke project management and accountancy product is used by advertising, marketing, and PR agencies around the world. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team and help us deliver outstanding support to our clients.

As a Software Support Specialist, you will be working closely with our clients to resolve technical issues and provide training on our product. You will be required to have excellent communication skills, experience of working in a customer service role, and the ability to problem-solve and multitask.

We offer a competitive salary range of £23,400 - £28,337.92, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to progress to 2nd and 3rd line support roles.

We have a hybrid working pattern, so you will be required to attend the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You then have the option to either attend the office on the remaining two days or work from your home if you have a suitable working environment.
