Job Title: Executive Conference Organiser

We are seeking an experienced Executive Conference Organiser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of conferences and events at our two hotels: Novotel London Bridge and Ibis Styles London Southwark. This includes setting up and clearing meeting rooms, welcoming guests, and supporting the F&B operation during breakfast and dinner service when required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Planning and executing conferences and events
  • Setting up and clearing meeting rooms
  • Welcome guests and escort organisers and delegates to their relevant areas
  • Supporting the F&B operation during breakfast and dinner service
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of all events and conferences

Requirements:
  • Prior conference and events experience (mandatory)
  • Good organisational skills
  • Punctuality and good timekeeping
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to multitask

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum
