Conference Coordinator Executive

We are looking for a skilled Conference Coordinator Executive to join our team at The Economist Group LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of large-scale conferences and exhibitions. This includes managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of key milestones. A proven track record of managing B2B events and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Job Description:
- Manage project budgets, operational processes, and creative event concepts.
- Handle logistics, supplier selection, and event documentation.
- Develop and implement effective project plans and timelines.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, ensuring coordination across functions.
- Act as the facilitator for external and internal communications.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- Proven experience managing B2B Events.
- Proven experience managing large conferences and exhibitions (500+).
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Estimated salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
