Event Co-ordinator Job Summary

We are recruiting an Event Co-ordinator to join our team in London. As an Event Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of events, including conferences, webinars, and award ceremonies.

About the Role
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements
  • Coordinate with suppliers: venues, AV, signage, etc.
  • Ensure all events run smoothly and on time
Client Servicing
  • Confirm sponsor details, follow-up/chase clients for corporate profiles, logos
  • Confirm speaker details, follow-up/chase clients for speakers' biographies, photos, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Provide exceptional client service to delegates, helping them through the registration process

What We're Looking For:

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Events Management or commensurate experience working in corporate events
  • A strong understanding of events operations and management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with speed whilst maintaining quality work and holding excellent attention to detail
  • Confident with IT, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

This role requires flexibility and may involve attending events outside of core business hours and across the UK.
