We are a revolutionary telecoms provider and distributor, growing rapidly with an ever-growing focus on customers within the public sector.

We have won massive contracts with schools, emergency services, and key areas within the NHS, and we're now looking to build on this growth with the addition of Desk Based Sales Execs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong understanding of the telecoms industry.

As a Telecoms Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and researching prospective clients, generating leads, and communicating the value proposition of our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £38k per annum, including a basic salary of £28k and an OTE of £10k.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research prospective clients using a variety of channels
  • Generate leads and maintain an up-to-date pipeline on our CRM system
  • Adeptly communicate the value proposition of our products and services
  • Execute on outbound sales strategies and campaigns
  • Work closely with senior members of the team to refine outbound techniques with coaching and feedback
  • Interact regularly with Client, Service, and Project Managers to deliver an excellent experience to our customers

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level - ideally with some experience in Sales/Account Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships adeptly
  • Target-driven and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection
  • Outgoing personality, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working independently and proactively
