About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and researching prospective clients in the public sector. Your primary goal is to generate leads, maintain an up-to-date pipeline on the CRM, and communicate the value proposition of our products and services.

You will work closely with senior members of the team to refine outbound techniques, provide coaching and feedback, and interact regularly with Client, Service, and Project Managers to deliver an excellent experience to our customers.

Requirements
  • Educated to degree level, ideally with some experience in Sales/Account Management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships adeptly.
  • Target driven and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection.

Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of working independently and proactively. They must also be resilient and highly organized. We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 (£28k basic + £10k OTE), as well as benefits such as healthcare and pension.
