About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at JTR Agency. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing existing relationships within the SouthEast region and introducing new products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate distributors to sell and use our products over the competition
  • Provide manufacturer's support to distributors
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
Requirements
  • Experience in a field-based sales role or as a Business Development Manager
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills and highly organized
  • Energetic and outgoing, with the ability to work on your own and within a team
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), computer literate and technically savvy
  • Able to absorb industry knowledge and training material quickly
