**Job description**:
We are looking for a SEO Business Engagement Coordinator who will work within the Rosa Partner Engagement Team supporting delivery of our engagement objectives.
The Partner Engagement Team includes Business Relationship Managers, Business Engagement Coordinators, Communication and Marketing Managers, Content Lead, Training Manager and Training leads. The team works together to deliver the annual Rosa Conference, Partner Forums and events, external events, Training services and other engagement activities. You will play a key role in helping us shape and deliver our engagement strategy.
You will support the Team to achieve their objectives, ensuring strong administration and process management. You will be working directly with partners from across grades and departments, you will bring an enthusiastic, helpful, and professional manner to the role.

**Person specification**:
**Responsibilities**
In this role you will also be responsible for:
- Developing excellent working relationships with Rosa Partners, including stakeholders at all levels, maturing Rosa Service Organisation’s (RSO) partner engagement capability.
- Supporting Partners with requests to help develop a shared understanding of business needs through the Rosa “Front Door”.
- Advocate for Partners and negotiate with the wider Rosa Team to mature and improve the Rosa service achieving good outcomes.
- Manage new Partners through on-boarding, from engagement to set-up, training and first login, ensuring a high level of service is delivered throughout.
- Attend and support virtual and in-person events and forums to represent the Rosa Service Organisation.
- Share Partner Account Manager (PAM) responsibilities with other Business Engagement Coordinators, supporting RSO colleagues to on and off board the Rosa platform.
- Work with Business Engagement Coordinators to deliver the PAM Forum, an opportunity to share best practice and engage with Partner PAMs.
- Support Partner Engagement activities, including events, forums, and continuous improvement.
- On occasion, deputise for Deputy Head of Partner Engagement at stakeholder engagements, governance boards or mentoring of Partner Engagement Team members.
**Essential Skills**
- Experience of managing engagements with a client base and developing and successfully implementing stakeholder engagement plan.
- Working within an IT Department (ideally within ITIL Service Management framework) and the ability to understand, mediate and translate technical jargon to less technologically minded Partners and users.
- Experience in educating customers about available capabilities and services.
- Knowledge about customer service, with the ability to grasp the requirements of customers and take these forward across different parts of the business.
- Excellent communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
**Desirable Skills**
- Familiar using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, or CRM systems.
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
