Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Candover Green Limited. As a key member of our commercial waste sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing a pipeline of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with the commercial waste operational team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Manage a pipeline of potential bid opportunities and maintain updates via CRM

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop effective proposals and strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of the commercial waste industry and market trends
