Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at a leading technology business in London. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities with existing and new clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring efficient renewals of existing licenses and securing new licenses
- Deliver accurate and timely solutions using Salesforce
- Prepare reports and presentations using account metrics and forecasting for both the customer and internal company teams
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or Global Account Manager
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Deep understanding of what a real team player/net contributor is
- Fluent French and/or German
- Hybrid working arrangement (2 days remotely and 3 days in the office)
