We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at a leading technology business in London. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities with existing and new clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring efficient renewals of existing licenses and securing new licenses
  • Deliver accurate and timely solutions using Salesforce
  • Prepare reports and presentations using account metrics and forecasting for both the customer and internal company teams
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or Global Account Manager
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Deep understanding of what a real team player/net contributor is
  • Fluent French and/or German
