We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Client name withheld, a leading technology business revolutionizing the way enterprises build their applications.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for proactively upselling and cross-selling new and enhanced products and services to our customers, identifying and closing sales with new buying points, and developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.

You will work closely with our sales team to negotiate new pricing and Master Software licensing agreements (MSLA) to ensure efficient renewals of existing and securing new licenses. Additionally, you will deliver accurate and time-sensitive robust solutions using Salesforce, prepare reports and presentations using account metrics and forecasting for both the customer and internal company teams, and ensure the CRM (Salesforce) is up to date with accurate information.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Global Account Manager, or Senior Account Manager, with a strong background in customer-facing account management in a software licensing/subscriptions SaaS/technology business. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, and fluency in French and/or German is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
