We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Chef to join our team at Mansell Consulting Group Ltd. As a leading figure in our kitchen, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences that exceed our guests' expectations.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a leadership role and shape the culinary direction of our venue. You will work closely with our General Manager to develop and implement new menus, manage kitchen staff, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Crafting dishes that wow our guests and sticking to our high standards and signature flavors.
- Innovating and developing new menu ideas that align with our culinary vision and keep our guests coming back for more.
- Communicating our food philosophy throughout the venue and ensuring every dish that goes out meets our high standards.
- Maintaining top-notch kitchen profitability through effective gross profit (GP) management and staff rotas.
- Onboarding and developing the kitchen team, providing training and career growth opportunities, and prioritizing their well-being.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of £35,000 - £39,000, depending on experience, plus benefits such as professional development opportunities and a positive, open culture where you can thrive.
