Quarriers East Ayrshire Supported Living Service is an established service developed in 2001. The service aims to provide innovative, individually tailored supports for men and women who have learning disabilities. We offer a variety of flexible supports in response to the persons own needs, wants and aspirations, in order for them to live in their own home. We promote a Person-Centred approach to ensure full user choice and control, along with developing new and innovative supports, and building on those that already exist. This enables people with learning disabilities to live a full and valued lifestyle. Our main principles are:

- Anyone can live in their own home with the right amount of support. No one is excluded from supported living and access to their community because they need too much support.
- Supports and services are personalised, designed around the person and directed by the person and his or her family, carers and friends.
- We believe all people have the right to live in and be part of the community, and should have power and control in determining their own lives and lifestyles to the greatest extent possible.
- Assisting the Project Manager with budget planning, monitoring and management as delegated.
- Deputising for the Project Manager in their absence as and when required.
- To act as a mentor to new workers, students and volunteers as required.
