You will contribute to the senior management team for Children's Health, Care and Criminal Justice services and will support and advise the Head of Service and Associate Nurse Director in achieving strategic and service objectives by supporting operational delivery working within the Health and Social Care Partnership's purpose, values and commitments.
You will have a lead role for the delivery of safe standards of nursing practice in East Ayrshire within span of control, ensuring a focus on safety, effective management of resources, continuous improvement, staff training and development and education and research.
You will lead the continued development of strategy and strategic development of Health Visiting and School Nursing Services.
This involves working in partnership clinical leads, senior managers, Local Authority partners and other agencies in line with good practice and organisational development requirements within East Health & Social Care Partnership.
