Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, service, and overall customer experience
- Manage and lead a team of waiting staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the restaurant industry
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team
- Knowledge of culinary trends and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or bartending is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: From £24,500.00 per year
