Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Eden Recruitment Ltd. As an integral part of our administrative operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage governance meeting cycles, including scheduling, agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
  • Collate and quality check meeting materials.
  • Take accurate and comprehensive minutes during meetings, ensuring timely distribution and approval.
  • Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in maintaining document control and management processes.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the team and stakeholders.
  • Manage membership activities and deliver stakeholder engagement related to Governance.
  • Offer office and facilities support, including ordering office supplies and supporting company events.

Essential:

  • Proven experience of minute taking.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a 1-year fixed-term Maternity contract paying £31,500 per annum.
