Administrative Coordinator for Senior Leadership

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Team Support Specialist to join our VICTORIA WALL ASSOCIATES LIMITED team in the heart of London's Square Mile.
This exciting role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting senior leadership.
You will be responsible for:
- Diary management and coordination for multiple executives
- Travel and accommodation planning for both domestic and international trips
- Expense management and payment processing
- Front-of-house duties when needed
- Liaison with the ground floor reception for courier deliveries
- Weekly team event organization
- General administrative tasks to support the wider team
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Previous experience in a corporate environment, preferably in finance or professional services
Proven track record of effective diary management
Outstanding organizational and administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced administrative setting
A competitive salary of up to £60K, commensurate with experience.
A permanent position with flexible hours (8am - 6pm), occasional paid overtime.

Flexible hybrid working, allowing for one day of remote work.
