Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled PA to join our Rail business unit in London. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our senior leadership team, ensuring seamless delivery of projects and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-level administrative support, managing complex schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for preparing documentation, taking minutes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership team members
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and book meetings
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Take minutes, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-up

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a PA or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
